Our meal prep service is ideal for those who want to concentrate on their goals to either build lean muscle, lose weight, maintain or improve a balanced healthy lifestyle, or increase their fitness potential without having the the stress of writing a plan, doing the shopping and preparing the meals, HFK take care of all that!
Completely tailored towards you and your goals, all of our meals are prepared by our own professional chefs and your plan will be written by our experienced members of staff. We cater for all dietary requirements and all our meal plans are based on balanced, healthy, nutrient dense foods. All our foods are locally sourced and cooked daily on our premises. We have over 35 years of experience within the health and fitness industry and have seen amazing results time and time again.
Some of the meals are on our HFK menu, however we do prepare off-the-menu meals and snacks on the plans to ensure variation.
How it works:
You will meet with, or you can email us and we will go through a health questionnaire with you and discuss your daily routine, food preferences, what exercise you do and what results you are looking to achieve.
After the meeting, your meal plan will be written up and you can start straight away once you are satisfied.
It is always a good idea to start with a weekly meal prep plan to make sure you are happy with everything and then once you are happy you can either choose a monthly option or carry on with the weekly payments. Weekly meal prep and payment is the preferred way to go, saves all the fuss and everyone knows exactly where they are up to.
We believe that to start seeing results that you should aim to give it 4 weeks of both a healthy diet and exercise routine so you can really start to feel the benefits of feeling and looking healthier.
